• Rout out cracks, then clean and fill with hot-pour rubberized crack-sealer.
  • Apply primer to all oil spots.
  • Remove overgrown grass along edges of driveway or pad.
  • Clean all asphalt areas using blowers and brooms.
  • Apply two coats of sealcoat with a 4 pound per gallon silica sand mix.
  • (This mix provides a non-slip surface, fills in small voids in the asphalt, and helps with wearability.)
